From candidates: name, contact details, resume and work history, role preferences, English proficiency, availability, compensation expectations, portfolio or GitHub links, and recruiter screening notes.
From clients: name, company, work email, role requirements, hiring location or timezone, and any messages submitted through our contact form.
From website visitors: basic technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, used only to keep the site working correctly. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To match candidates with relevant client roles and prepare structured candidate snapshots.
- To communicate with candidates and clients about open roles, screening status and introductions.
- To verify candidate information as part of our recruiter-review process.

3. Candidate Profile Handling
Candidate profiles are anonymized before being shared with a client, and full identifying details are released only once mutual interest is confirmed. We do not sell candidate data to third parties or use it for purposes unrelated to recruiting.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We share candidate snapshots with the specific client a candidate is being considered for, and we share role and hiring information with candidates being matched to that role. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate WOW Talent (for example, hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations. We do not share your information for third-party marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain candidate and client information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain accurate records of past introductions. You may request deletion of your information at any time, as described below.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. US residents in states with applicable privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) may also have the right to know what categories of information we collect and to opt out of certain uses. WOW Talent uses only the minimal cookies or local storage required for the website to function (for example, remembering that the mobile menu is open). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
